“Container Art | Beauty Inside” created by PNE organizer Peter Male and Ronald Lewis Facchinetti from Italy was a contemporary exhibit which hosted an art installation featuring eight artists. Housed in an entire container city each artist was given an independant container in which to create and conceptualize their visual ambitions into reality. The only rule… keep it sustainable; do not alter the containers and return them to their original purpose of transporting goods and cargo once the exhibit ends. The attendance at the PNE was just shy of 900,000 and it was estimated there was over 500,000 visitors to the Container Art exhibit. It actually changed the footprint of the PNE; something very rare for a new exhibit or even an established exhibit to do in large crowds.

360 Inside Passage, Oil on Canvas 5 Panels, 360x48 inches
Inspired by the many cloud formations and beauty of the West Coast, the artist has created a minimalist rendition of the landscape. When each panel is placed in a circle, the image created is continuous and forms a full 360 degree panorama.
