Trio + 1, Exhibition at Art Works Gallery

Art Works Gallery in Yaletown: Opening Thurs, Sept 14th till mid-Nov. 2009 Trio+1 features the work of artist Corrinne Wolcoski.

The gallery has partially re-created the installation piece from the 2009 PNE Container Art Exhibit.  Using wood, sand and mixed media the large panel canvases are complemented within the galleries settings.  Inspired by the West Coast Landscape, Wolcoski has re-created her interpretation of it’s beauty on 5 panels; Acrylic on Canvas measuring 360×48 inches. When placed end to end the panels form a continuous panoramic scene of the inside passage along the Northern West Coast (Inside Passage of the Alaskan Marine Highway).
